We map how your business works, find where AI can take work off your team, and build the systems that do it. Your team stops losing time on work that can run itself.
A single automation helps one person with one task. We start by mapping how work moves between people, teams and systems. Then we build the automations and agents that run a process end to end, from the first request to the final output.
How it works
STEP 01
We run a structured assessment of how work moves through your company, across teams, tools and decision points. Everyone fills in a short questionnaire, then we interview the people who do the work: what they do, how long it takes, which tools they use. The goal is to find where AI can cut repetitive work, speed up execution or take over manual coordination.
STEP 02
Practical training built on your own processes and tools, not generic examples. Managers and directors learn how to decide where AI fits and how to lead the change. Every employee learns to use AI in their daily work. We can also run hands-on sessions (hackathons) where the teams work on real problems from your company and turn what they learn into practice.
STEP 03
We design and build the automations, agents and central database (company brain) that run the processes we mapped, inside the systems you already use. Data first, then workflows, then AI.
STEP 04
We stay next to your team while they use the new systems every day. We measure how they perform, fix what falls short, and extend them to the next department.
Why now
The gap grows every quarter. You don't need to rebuild the company to start, begin with the work your people do by hand.
.01
Every company has tasks done by hand, the same way, every week: copying data between systems, building the same report, preparing quotes from a template, chasing a missing document. These are the first things we automate, so those hours go back to the work only your people can do.
.02
Decisions slow down when information is scattered across inboxes, shared folders and someone's spreadsheet. We build systems that gather and check what a decision needs, so the person deciding opens one page instead of asking three colleagues.
.03
Some skills were always out of reach for a small company: an analyst, a developer, a full-time operations coordinator. When AI systems do part of that work, the same team can take on more without hiring for every new need.
What we build
We start with the work that slows your people down and build the system around it, in whatever department it lives.
New leads are enriched and checked before they reach a salesperson. Quotes are drafted from the customer's request. Follow-ups go out on time, and the CRM updates itself after every call.
Incoming invoices are read, matched against orders and filed. Payment reminders go out on schedule. The monthly report builds itself from your own data.
Orders and requests are sorted on arrival and sent to the right person with the customer's history attached. Exceptions are flagged before they turn into delays.
Common questions are answered from your own documents. Everything else goes to a person with the whole conversation attached.
Company brain
An AI-native company doesn't use AI as one more tool. It runs on it. That starts with a company brain: one source of truth where your data, procedures, contracts and know-how come together, so that AI and your people can find them, use them and update them. It is built inside your own systems and permissions, so your data stays under your control and each person and agent sees only what they need.

Your systems
Agents
.01
Your team keeps the tools it already uses. We bring all the data into one database that AI can read. Nobody searches four tools for an answer, and agents stop acting on outdated copies.
.02
Agents read from the brain before they act. They know the customer, the history and the rules, so routine work is done right the first time and they ask you only when something is unclear.
.03
The brain takes the lookups, the drafting and whatever you choose. Your team keeps the decisions, the delicate conversations and the risk, and finally has the time to do them well.
No migration
We won't ask you to change your ERP or CRM. We connect what you use today and build on top of it.

The problem
The company's data lived in several spreadsheets and a CRM that never matched. Before contacting anyone, the sales team spent hours searching the web to find the truth about a company and its people. That left time for just a few contacts a day.
We started with the data, then built the agent that does the research. The sales team now starts from verified contacts, with the sources next to them, and can call 10 times as many prospects.
How we built it
Tell us about your company and what you would like to improve. We read every request and reply by email to arrange a first conversation.
What companies ask before they start.
We read it and reply by email to arrange a first conversation. During the call we talk about how you work today and all the possible tasks AI could help with. It is a working session, not a sales presentation.
It depends on the scope: the department, the number of people and the systems involved. We talk numbers after the first conversation, once we understand the work.
It stays in the systems you already use. We build inside your tools and your permissions, and we work to the GDPR: we sign a data processing agreement, list which providers handle which data, and agree where the models run before we start.
Agents work from your own data and rules, and they write only when a reliable source confirms. When they are unsure, the case goes to a person. You decide where that line sits.
Our goal is to take repetitive work off your team, not to replace it. People keep the decisions, the relationships and the judgement. The time saved goes to work that needs them.
If you use AI at work, yes, in a light way. Companies must help their staff understand the AI tools they use, which our training covers. Most business automations (sales, administration, operations, customer service) are not in the high-risk category, and we check that with you before we build. Cases such as selecting or monitoring employees are treated differently.
It's not mandatory. We work with whoever runs your systems today, an internal person or an outside provider.
